Our Crushes
Prisoner
Orin Swift Cellars
2008 Red Blend
Great color, deep, dark garnet with a clean and bright red band in the rim. This wine is aged in both new and seasoned French and American oak. The front of the wine is soft and almost immediately begins evolving into the broad mid-palate. The mid has weight, length, and structure. The finish is long and filled with ripe, soft tannins.
Bodega de Edgar
2008 Garnacha
Dedicated to producing natural wines, B de E wines undergo natural fermentation, meaning that no yeast is added to speed up the fermentation process. The natural heat of Paso Robles and the natural yeast within the grape skin work to initiate fermentation, which allows the varietal and vineyard designate to truly speak for itself.
